i only have the usual urban/suburban bird suspects in my yard (and redheaded woodpeckers, but i've never seen them at the feeder regardless of the food). all of the birds who have visited the feeders in the past seem to love this seed. the ones too big for the feeder (doves, cardinals, and jays) hang out underneath waiting for leftovers. the grackles, who are too big for the feeder, nevertheless squeeze sideways on the perches and delicately pick out and savor each morsel, looking quite pleased with themselves.

there is no waste, and especially no milo in this seed mix. i recommend it.

I have seen some of the prettiest song birds at the feeders clamoring to get to this mix. Even the woodpeckers - pileated and downy - are frequent visitors to the feeders containing this mix.
