As a beginner bonsai hobbyist, I was very pleased with 1) how fast it shipped, 2) The very well done packaging 3) The quality of the tree when it arrived. Green leaves, moist soil, everything was in tip top shape! A few minor wire scars, but nothing majorly noticeable! I would definitely order from them again!

I was a bit anxious after reading so many reveiws about have some bonsai trees arrived dead or looking like charlie browns pitiful chirstmas twig. This was a pleasant surprise. The tree looks just like the picture. However, the picture does not show the ground (dirt) well; ours came with live moss/ground cover.
